About Richard RubensteinRichard B. Rubenstein has practiced law in New Jersey since 1985, primarily in the field of civil litigation. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in the State, Federal and Administrative Courts at all levels, from inception to appeal. Admitted to the Bars of New York and New Jersey, he maintains an active Trial practice, with a concentration in the areas of personal injury, professional malpractice, worker's compensation, and insurance coverage, as well as general civil litigation. An active teacher and legal commentator, Richard has contributed to textbooks about trauma and medicine, including the recent "Whiplash," published by Hanley & Belfus. As a faculty member of the Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the National Business Institute, he has taught courses for lawyers, judges, and other professionals regarding advanced worker's compensation practice, human resources law, and negligence law. A graduate of Drew University, cum laude, with special honors in political science, and of Albany Law School of Union University, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board, he continues his education with frequent attendance at professional seminars, workshops and continues to contribute to legal publications. |
